Sprigged

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

Sprigged is operated by Brefi LLC (a California limited liability company). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sprigged. By using Sprigged, you agree to these Terms.

Sprigged is currently available only to users in the United States and Canada. We do not currently offer the service to residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you have any question about these Terms, write to hello@sprigged.app.

Subscription and payments

Sprigged offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. The free tier includes one patch, up to three apps inside that patch, and up to five lifetime "Build with AI" authoring conversations. The Pro subscription is $8 per month and lifts those limits.

When you subscribe, payment is processed by the relevant provider depending on your platform — Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android, or, in the future, a card processor such as Stripe on the web. Brefi LLC may add, change, or substitute payment providers over time; the provider in effect at the moment you subscribe is the one that handles your payment data under its own privacy policy and terms.

Subscription pricing is disclosed at the point of purchase. We may change pricing for future billing periods; any change will be surfaced before it takes effect for your account.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under the standard policies of the app store from which you purchased Sprigged (Apple App Store or Google Play). If you purchase a subscription on the web in the future, Brefi LLC will publish a refund policy at that time.

Account and data termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the platform you used to subscribe (Apple subscriptions in iOS Settings, Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store app). When a subscription ends, your account remains usable on the free tier, with the free-tier limits described above.

You may delete your account at any time from Sprigged → YouAccountDelete account. When you delete your account, your account, devices, push tokens, and authoring history are removed. Patches you joined as a member keep working for everyone else; records you authored remain in those patches, with the account identifier no longer pointing at an active account. If you want a record removed from a shared patch, the patch maintainer can delete it; you can also leave the patch first and then delete your account if that is the outcome you want.

Patch maintainers can permanently delete a patch from its settings; the patch's database and all its records are removed. Maintainers can also archive a patch to keep it recoverable indefinitely without paying an ongoing cost.

Termination of your account does not grant Brefi LLC or Sprigged any rights to your content beyond what is necessary to operate the service for the people you have shared it with.

Limitation of liability and "as is" disclaimer

Sprigged is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Brefi LLC does not warrant that Sprigged will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data will be preserved without loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brefi LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Sprigged, even if Brefi LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will Brefi LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Sprigged exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid Brefi LLC for Sprigged in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Acceptable use, intellectual property, and jurisdiction

Your use of Sprigged is also subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which describes the conduct and content that is and is not allowed on the platform. A material violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You own the content you create in Sprigged — the records, rosters, snack assignments, gear lists, and other data inside the patches you create or join. Brefi LLC owns the Sprigged software, the spec and template definitions, the runtime, and the brand. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either side's intellectual property to the other; you grant Brefi LLC the limited license to host, transmit, and display your content as necessary to operate the service for you and the people you share it with.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Sprigged will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and Brefi LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

When we change these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes — anything that meaningfully changes your obligations, your rights, or the commercial terms — will also be surfaced before they take effect. Continued use of Sprigged after a material change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
